My goal now is to inspire others to take control of how they look at food and show them steps to implement this into their own life as well. It is important to me to work with each person on an individual basis so I can help you with your exact needs so you can create a lasting lifestyle change.

How It Works

How It Work
We can begin with a FREE 15-30 minute phone consultation.  Then you pick the package that fits your needs.
1.) Once I receive your food log, I will create a custom meal plan that includes recipes and tips for success.
2.) We can meet in person to discuss your plan (if convenient) or this can be done via phone, text, email or FaceTime
3.) We will have weekly check-ins via phone, FaceTime or zoom.
4.) You will have access to my free ongoing private facebook group.
5.) I am happy to discuss anything you may need along the way.
